HEY,
I’m
Kisha!
Hi, I'm Kisha! Creator of the Tell Your Career Story challenge.
I know what it's like to feel stuck in a role where you're underutilized or to have residual workplace trauma that's making you uncertain of your next career move. These are the moments where I needed to pause before I sent out a single resume.
Like you, I was taught that career success meant more money and a bigger title. It wasn't until I started to prioritize the quality of life and the impact I wanted to have in the world that my career started to reflect who I am versus just what I can do. In the Tell Your Career Story challenge, I share the framework I used to clarify who and what I really wanted to be when I grew up. I hope this framework is as useful for you as it has been for me.
